The goal of this project was to finish out a residential space, sited on the corner of a downtown intersection. The owner desired an urban-interactive space that could be converted into a peaceful sanctuary. Large windows at street level provided an abundance of natural light and city sights yet afforded little privacy. Translucent shades, when lowered from top to bottom now screen out street activity while maintaining skyline views. Finishes and furnishings harmonize quietly, allowing art to become the focal point.
